Go to the Add-Ins tab and click on Edit Image In-Place Tool.

Select an Image from Revit view or Sheet. 
Select ‘Save as’ from the pop-up menu to save the image, or select ‘Edit Image’ to open the image using image editing software (The default is Windows Paint).

On the drop-down menu, you can change the editing software by clicking on ‘Change editing program’ and selecting the software path from the browser.
