Design competition winning project by Sweeny&Co Architects located in downtown Toronto.
Sweeny&Co’s concept achieved 683,500sf exclusive of parking, including 700+ residential units and 18,000sf of retail and live-work space.

From concept to site plan approval Sweeny & Co leveraged AgileForm tools to evaluate the development impact on the private and public spaces.
