Update Plan or Add Seats
You may update your plan or add more seats by clicking the ‘Change Plan’ under the ‘Subscription Plan’
Update Payment Method
You can review or change your payment method by clicking ‘Update’ under ‘Credit Card Details’
Canceling a Subscription
You may cancel any subscription at any time using the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.
You will be prompted by the following message.
Press ‘OK’ to cancel the subscription.
Reclaiming Seats
You might have inactive users taking seats.
You can reclaim seats to free up seats used by inactive users.
This feature is limited to one time per month per product and is available for the ‘Basic’ plan.
After Clicking ‘Reclaim Seats’, you will be prompted by the following message.
Press ‘Ok’ to reclaim seats
