Presentation View
In Planary, you can create an interactive, live presentation view that links directly to your project. This allows you to organize and display visuals and metrics clearly and effectively.
Creating a New Presentation View
To create a new presentation view:
- Click the ‘+’ icon in the project tabs.
- Select New Sheet from the menu.
A new presentation tab will be created.
Click on the tab name to rename the presentation view.

Double-click on the tab name to rename the presentation view.

Toolbar Overview
On the left side of the screen, you’ll find a set of tools used to place and build your presentation.


Zoom to Fit
Zoom to all elements in the view.

Insert Interactive Camera
- Draw a box to define where the camera view will be placed.
- In the top-right corner of the box, click the camera selection icon, then choose a saved camera from the drop-down menu.


Insert Interactive Metrics
- Draw a box to place the metrics view.
- In the top-right corner of the box, click the metrics icon, then select a metrics view from your project.
When you double-click on the metrics, you can adjust the view and switch between the sections of the Metrics panel.


Insert Image
- Draw a box to define the image area.
- Click Choose File (JPG/PNG) and select an image file.

When you hover over the image, a floating toolbar appears. Use it to set a frame colour and width.

Right-Click Menu
When you right-click on an element in the view, the following actions are available:
Change Element Order: Move the element to the back or bring it to the front.
Duplicate Element: Create a copy of the selected element.
Lock / Unlock Element: Fix the element in place to prevent changes to its position or settings.
Delete Element: Remove the element from the view.
